Possible Rent AKL Concierge?

Has anyone been able to rent or rent to someone and get the AKL Concierge Level? Do those book up at 11 months out?

They book up before 11 months out, now that members can reserve their stay for up to seven days from their check-in day. There are only five two bedroom lockoffs on Concierge level.
