Possible for two families in a 2BD to separate charges on magic bands?

Is it possible for us to have different cards if we are all staying in a dedicated 2BD? I am worried this is going to be a mess. Got fastpasses last night. Did 60 day online check in this morning. Four adults, four kids.

The front desk can set it up for you. If the CM says it can't be done, ask for a supervisor.

You should return to the front desk on the next day or so and ask for a printout of the room charges to make sure it was setup properly.

It can be done, but as erionm says, go to the front desk the following day to make sure it's working correctly. All of my in-laws' charges appeared on our statement even though they checked in a day after us and had their own credit card put on their MB's.

Some front desk CMs are better at setting this up than others are. If your group is likely to charge a lot back to the room, you should make sure it's correct prior to check-out.

The amount you can charge back to your room before the resort processes the amount to your CC varies by resort category:
Values: $500
Moderates: $1000
Deluxe & Deluxe Villas: $1500

Don't do online checkin - it may complicate things because it will have all the bands attached to your credit card until you change it in person.

Crud. I didn't even cconsider this last month when I did online check in. Crossing my fingers AKV Kidani can get it straightened out when we check in!

The resort should be able to change it. Just make sure you get a listing of changes a day or so later to make sure they are getting separated correctly.

If you're aware to ask the front desk CM to double check and make sure it's done correctly it shouldn't be a problem. It just is one more thing to remember.

We were just at BWV in a 2 bedroom 2 weeks ago with our daughter and her family. We thought we had things straightened out at check in for 2 separate credit cards. I looked at my statement prior to leaving and saw all her charges were on my card. Took a trip to the desk to get it separated. Charges still went through on my Disney Chase card but were refunded within 3 days.

Well I had already done online check in the day I posted. We will just have to work it out I'm just glad to know it is possible.
