possible changing reservation from pop to cabins

If i do decide to get the cabins, is there anything in particular I should request?? We would definately need non smoking (dh has asthma and it really affects his breathing). Is there a particular loop that is closer?

All of the cabin loops exit near a internal bus stop which means you will not have far to walk to catch the bus.The internal bus will take you to the bus stop where you can catch a bus to Epcot, Animal Kingdon, MGM or Downtown Disney,or to a boat to Magic Kingdom.They will also take you to the Trails End buffet, the HoopDee Do dinner show, the Settlement Trading Post,Crockett's Tavern and Arcade and the desk at the Outpost. Loop 2500,2600,2700 are very close to the cabin swimming pool. Loop 2100,2200 and 2300 are closest to the Meadows Trading Post, swimming pool and camp fire program.You will fall in love with Fort Wilderness. I wouldn't stay any place else.Have a magical trip.

Let me warn you, you'll never go back to POP after being at the cabins! We did the reverse split stay last summer (due to finances, my mom shared the cabin price with us, but left early), and HATED our time at POP after being at the cabins. Yes, the food court at POP is handy, but oh, the peace and quiet at the cabins...no neighbors flushing their toilets, no neighbor's screaming children at 11 pm, no neighbors...(well, I think you get the picture).

My suggestion, reserve a golf cart, they are wonderful!

You will love the cabins, we did. They are out of this world and the full kitchen will save money on dining.

They are quiet, cozy and just magical! I can't wait to go back.

If your request 2500 or 2600 near the bus stop, you will also be close to a swimming pool & laundry.

The internal busses take some getting used to, but I love the ride through FW, and the kids love any kind of transportation other than our car.
