Possibility that DVC may lower the Min for Direct

Just curious does anyone think DVC would lower the min requirements back to 50 pts for a Blue Card membership to help jump start sales?

I hope not. Those small contracts are what has messed up DVC. If anything I hope they take it back to 190+ points to join.

I really doubt it. What would happen to people who bought 75 in the past? Would they then automatically get a blue card, or would they be left ticked off?
The most likely thing to happen is a lot of incentives that bring the actual direct purchase price down a ton, but still make it look high. One other less likely possibility is a temporary rollback on resale restrictions in order to get all the 2021 backlogged points used up and then reinstate them in 2022.

I think it is possible if direct sales crater. DVD can buy (ROFR) big contracts as fire sale prices and divide them.

I could also see a welcome back home for past members

I think they will be more likely to increase the incentives to include 100 point contracts.
