Portrait artist at GF

Has anyone ever had a portrait done by the portrait artist in the lobby of the GF?? I watched them work last year, but didn't have all three of my girls with me so I didn't do it. I will have all of them this year and am planning on getting a portrait done. I just wondered if anyone had done it and were you happy with the results??

We had one of our niece's done couple of years ago and it is wonderful. We are taking the same niece 13 now, and her two younger sisters 7 & 9 in Dec. and plan on having portrait done together. They have several different artists there, Julie's was done by MarinaK.

I know the old adage "If you have to ask you can't afford it." But just in case, about how much does the portrait cost?

When I checked a couple of years ago memory says it was $75 - $90. Multiple people were a little more than a single.

Also, I think there is an age minimum for live drawings - like kids had to be 4 or over for a live sitting (20 minutes). The artist would do a younger child, but only from a picture.
