Portofino Suite question

I called yesterday and booked my room for next summer and got my upgrade to the Portofino Suite. Can anyone tell me if there is a specific wing that these suites are in, or are they scattered throughout PBH? Just wondering where I may end up.

Also, if you call to make the reservation, which I did, do they send you some type of confirmation, either by mail or email? I haven't received any. If I go on their website to look up my reservation, they don't come up with anything. Getting worried.

All 6 of the Portofino Suites are in the West Wing.

It can take a few days to receive your e-mail confirmation, so I wouldn't be worried.

Thanks. I was hoping for the West Wing for convenience. I don't really care about the view as much as being close to things.
