Portofino Garden View

Hi,

My first time at portofino and am traveling with my elderly Mom. I know I want to be near the boat dock and the beach pool. From my reasearch, I gather that I need to be in the West Wing. Are there Garden View rooms in the west wing? Also, how should I go about requesting that on my ressie?

The West Wing is definitely your best bet. It is the closest to the boat dock and the beach pool. It is however far from the hotel lobby. There are garden view rooms in the West Wing and they have views of the beach pool. All ground floor rooms have patios with table and chairs.

Oh and to add this request to your reservation just give the hotel and call at (407)503-1000 and ask for the front desk. Tell them your situation and ask for them to note your request.
