V&A is only accepted with the platinum package but it also is listed on the brochure for the premium package if you get the paper brochure from the concierge. (It's not on the online brochure which is why I looked into it further).
I got both paper brochures last week and noticed V&A on there and knew it was wrong (the detailed info about the V&A meal was on the platinum brochure but missing from the premium one so it was obvious that it wasn't supposed to be on the generic list).
When I asked the conceirge if it was right, they admitted that so few people get the plan that they don't know much about it but if it's on the list, then it's accepted.
I don't think I'd be going to V&A and showing them the typo premium plan brochure when the bill came and expecting that to work! I also don't think the concierge was going to pick up the $300+ tab after that advice was laughed at by the V&A staff.
So, even if it's in writing, be careful!
