PortMiami/PAT questions

I searched but am finding conflicting information on these questions, so I'm hoping someone who has sailed recently can tell me:

1) When does the port open? When did they actually let people in?
2) Do platinum cruisers get a PAT in Miami? I've seen people say they board with Concierge there (as opposed to right after them in PC)?

I have sailed out of Miami once before but it's been a while and before I was Platinum so I'm not clear about the above. Thanks for the info!

Port of Miami opens at 11:00. They start boarding 11:30-11:45.
I’ve sailed out of Miami twice. Once (the first time) they allowed me to enter through the concierge area (after they boarded) the second time we had to board through the all passenger entrance.
Platinum does not need a PAT
