That's the barge that the 1st stage rocket (from the recent launch) landed on.

From SpaceX launch last week. This is the booster rocket that sent the Dragon supply module to the ISS. They have been working on landing the booster rocket so it can be reused and dramatically save on costs. They landed this on on a barge in the Atlantic and brought it back to Port Canaveral so it can go back to their facilities on Cape Canaveral
