Portable Perks 2014 not up yet :(

Anyone know how long it took for them to put up 2013's? Just wondering if they will have it up before our Feb trip. I know, impatience.... but you all can relate to the anticipation more than anyone

I would also like to know as we arrive on Saturday. Do the perks typically remain unchanged or substantially similar year to year?(2013 was our first DVC year)

We are here now, checked in on the 1st. Stopped by the DVC desk and their response was to assume they are the same. Well you know what happens when you ***-u-me (as my father always said), but we did ask at WCC on new years day and no one knew the answer so they just gave it to us! They said all other discounts were not available that day (CM, AP, TIW) but the perks did not exclude NYD last year so they did it this year.
