portable cribs at Boardwalk Villas

Some friends (non-DVC) just made reservations at the Boardwalk Villas for later this year. She was asking about the porta cribs. Her son will be a little over two years old when they go. Does anyone know what brand crib is available? Also, what linens are provided with the crib? Should she bring her own linens? I could help her with most other questions/concerns, but I've never had the need to use the porta crib. Thank you.

All BWV units have "Pack-n-Play" cribs (pretty good size) but no linens so your friend may want to bring her own.

If you do not want to use the port-a-crib, you can also reuest bed rails. They are the Fisher=Price type which are netted so your child can't get stuck. We used them on the sofa bed for our 3 year old last year and he was very comfortable.

The portable cribs in the room are the regular Graco Pack and Play cribs, and they provide a flat sheet and extra blanket for you if you need one. Ours was folded up with the crib. Our daughter was 11 months old, and slept fine (just like home) most nights. We did bring her nature sounds with us, which helped us all sleep better, it sounded like home to her and was just enough white noise that her wiggling around in her sleep didn't wake us up. Let me know if there are any other questions I can help with...
