I'll be using the porta-crib in our studio for the first time in a few weeks, and I wondered if there was a sheet in the crib or do I have to bring my own?

And if there is one with the crib, is it usable or should I bring my own?

Thanks!

I think all of the DVC units have Pack N Plays as cribs. When we stayed at OKW, there was no sheet for it, but I had brought some from home so it was no big deal.

Housekeeping has sheets for the porta-crib, they even have Disney characters on them! Just call them up and they will be more than happy to bring you crib sheets.

Not that you asked but I thought I'd offer this up: We use and extra bed sheet to put across the top of the pack and play. It keeps out the light if we want to watch tv after she goes to bed. This probably wouldn't be appropriate with a baby as it could fall down and cover them up but our DD is just a very small 4 yo who insists on the sheet for her "fort".

Thanks for the replies, everyone. If there's not a sheet with it, I'll call the front desk. We arrive in the morning, so we won't need it as soon as we get to our room, anyway.

Kind of off the topic, but does anyone have something they do to make some privacy for the baby in the crib? We're staying in a studio at the Beach Club, and I've been trying to brainstorm on ways to "block off" some part of the room for her so she'll go to sleep without having the rest of us having to pretend we're asleep so she'll lay down. My only thought was tucking the crib in the area in front of the mirror outside the bathroom door. Any other ideas?

We were at BWV a couple of weeks ago in a 2 br; both cribs had sheets laying on top of them in the closet. I touched one of them, just curious if it was soft or not (my kids are too old!), it was ok but I'd probably bring my own. I brought my own King size sheet for my husband and I, for comfort, so if we were going to use the portable crib I'd bring my own. You can put Disney's on first, then yours! This is what we do for the King, just put ours on top.

As far as privacy for the baby, can you go out on the balcony while she's falling asleep?
