Port to DTD to MCO questions

Going on a 7 day cruise and have a late flight out of MCO. 2 adults and 4 children so looking at options for the day.

I was thinking about going to DTD to the Rain Forest Cafe and Lego store but I'm not sure how to do this.

Any suggestions on the best method of transportation and costs.
