Port Orleans Riverside....why no outside eating areas

I LOVE Port Orleans RS but cannot understand why they dont put some tables outside the Mill as they have room there!!....It makes soooo much difference to me ,to have breakfast outside,and is a big factor when booking!!

They used to have a couple of tables outside. I noticed that guest would leave their 1/2 eaten food there, and the birds would come. Probably why there are no tables anymore.

Potentially, even worse now they allow dogs, BUT if they employed enough CMs to look after any mess; redirect guests with dogs and throw pixie dust at birds - it would be a lovely spot for eating outside.

LOL Totally agree! But, for some, it would take a serious Disney miracle before they'll follow a few rules, let alone clean up!!

POFQ even has a bunch of tables outside their food court.
