Port Orleans Riverside - refurbed rooms?

Sorry if this has already been posted but we are thinking of staying at Port Orleans Riverside and are wondering which rooms / locations / buildings have been refurbished? I am getting a lot of mixed answers when researching. Thanks!

Everywhere except the Royal Rooms in Building 90 Oak Manor and Building 95 Parterre Place

Since the royalrooms themselves are a separate guaranteed booking category, all you need to do is not book a royal room and you will get a refurbished room for sure. Work will begin on the Royal rooms at the end of March 2020
