And I'm already working on my February solo trip plans.

Yes, yes I do! After a year of following these boards, I thought I was the only one who is obsessed with Disney planning 24/7! My family just doesn't understand me. I'm Lynne, and I'm Disney planning obsessed!

Yay 39 days! That's less than 2 months!!!

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I'm wondering how feasible it is to use the pool on your departure day? We won't need to board the ME until 3 or 4 pm, so I was thinking about storing our luggage and hitting the pool for the afternoon. Is there a place to change back into dry clothes before heading to the airport?

There is a locker room at the main pool where you can shower and change back into your regular travel clothes. It's up at the pool bar to the right end as you face it from the pool.

Booked a room yesterday with the RO discount to stay over Princess weekend. Looking forward to a nice quiet Bayou room. Wish I could remember which building I was in when I stayed over Marathon weekend 2012. Think it may have been 37 or 38. I love being away from the hustle and bustle, and this was a great location. I have got to start writing these things down!

Anyway. Just popping in.

Thanks!! We got in last night a little after 9, the front desk CM had a bit of a time with the magic bands, I guess when they mail them to you they aren't always activated and she had to do our 6 one by one - a few times. She was a total sweetheart, but I am suffering from what I think is a sinus infection which really kicked in on the plane, so I was smiling with my teeth a bit gritted for the 30 minutes it took. Totally own my own grumpiness . Feeling much better today, I think I saw at least 50 anoles on my walk from the bus just now, so cute!!!! (For those of you afraid of lizards, these kind don't even have teeth, plus they eat bugs!). Rooms are TOTALLY AWESOME, we went the royal room route, we are usually deluxe/DVC stayers, but although I miss the DVC kitchens and extra space I would put POR up against any of the regular deluxe resorts, the only downside i see being that it's not on the monorail. For the price it's a no brainer.

MB's working great, we had our BOG FP lunch today no issues (although I can't taste food at he moment, ugh). Beautiful cloudy day with a refreshing cool breeze - life is good!!!!

Oh! This is good to know. Can I ask which model of Canon you have to get an idea of size (or maybe even the height of your camera)? I am using the Nikon D7000, which is about 4" tall when sitting on a table.

I actually just walked over and stuck mine in to try it for you - definitely fits in its side. The safe is weirdly shallow, but you could stack a few iPads in there.

My family complains about me too, but yet they don't when I am on top of a deal to save us money!!!! I have 355 days until our trip but I also get the fun of helping a friend plan her trip as well and she goes 2 weeks after me (her daughter gets to dance @ Disney) so at least I have someone now who shares my excitement.

I'm a lucky one I guess. Not only does my Dh understand my level of planning, he is grateful for it!

We check in on Sunday for our first time at POR. I know I have a sinus infection due to an MRI. I am going to the doctor Friday to get treatment. My only concern is the fridge situation since we ordered large quantities of chocolate milk for my son.
