Port Orleans Riverside Boat

We will be staying at POR in a couple of weeks, does anyone know if the Downtown Disney boat is equipped to handle a scooter and what about the Carriage ride at the hotel, do they have a seperate step to get in or can they add another step? Thanks

I don't know about the carriage ride but I do know you can use your scooter on the boat I did last trip.
