I was looking at the pictures on allears.net of POR and PORFQ. It seems that the Alligator Bayou sections do not have refrigerators, and that the Mansions do. Also do all the sections have the trundle beds or only Allligator Bayou?

All rooms at moderate resorts have free refrigerators.

The trundle beds are in the AB section only.

thanks, I thought so. I've stayed only in the mansions sections, never on the other side of the river. Decisions, decisions....

POFQ is much smaller and more quaint. They both seem to be much quieter than other resorts, but bus access from POFQ seems to me to be much easier and faster. Often buses arrive at POR and are already full. Having stayed at POFQ both as a child and as a married adult, I think it fits everyone's needs quite well!

We have stayed at POR twice and plan to return this March. As for the buses, it depends on the time of the year or even the time you are going. We have never been disappointed with the buses at POR. The only time it is a problem with crowded buses is when the parks close because it is a bigger resort and holds more people. Though, we have never waited as long for a POR bus as we have for a ASM bus at the parks.

We enjoy AB, because we enjoy the quiet walk from our room to the pool or to the food court.

All sections should have a fridge...if not, ask for one and they will get you one. AB @ POR is the only section that has trundles.

Just back from a stay 12/8-12/15 and we were in the Alligator Bayou section. It does have a fridge and the trundle bed.
