Hello! Planning a trip for my large family (siblings plus spouses plus kids plus grandparents). I'm seriously considering POFQ for the small footprint. My dad will be renting an ECV/scooter so that will help him get around the resort, but I thought the smaller the resort, the better. Because of this and lots of strollers in our group, I'll request ground level. Other than that, is there a specific room view we should reserve for someone with mobility issues? We will be reserving a total of 5 rooms. We don't have to be connecting, but would prefer to at least be in the same building.

I've also considered POR, but thought the footprint and theming (pool, especially) of POFQ might appeal more to the young kids in our group.

Any and all suggestions are appreciated! We stayed at CBR with my parents a few years ago- while we had a fantastic experience, I kind of wanted to try a different resort this time. Thanks. :)

Thank you! I'll check it out. I also found the main POFQ resort thread, so that was helpful.

We had a room in Building 4 in the end closest to food court and bus stop. Great location. Our room was on the very end and looked out over the food court.
I agree, 1st floor seems it would be easiest for your group.

I would make a list of priorities, then cross off all but the first two. Maybe three. In order of importance.

There is zero reason why a disabled - or able - person would need, should expect, or should request a specific view. Unless the person is going to sit in the room, at the window, with the window dressing side open, staring across a public walkway (where, by nature, most passersby will at least glance into the room) at even a river, never mind flora, for hours upon hours, view is pointless.

You want five rooms in one building on one floor ideally adjoining (if not connecting.) That's expecting a lot. All POFQ buildings have elevators. A bit less convenient that first floor, but not inconvenient.
