Are there any buildings in POFQ that have elevators? What happens if you have a stroller, will they guarantee you first floor if no elevators?

Correct. The buildings in the Magnolia Bend section have only 2 floors so no elevators. The buildings in Mansion section have 3 floors so they do have them.

We stayed at POFQ and a room near us on the top floor left their stroller outside each night. We were on the top floor.

We stayed at POFQ and requested a first floor room because of the stroller and they obliged. I know that is not a guarantee (since there are a million strollers) but it cant hurt to ask (even with elevators, 1st floor is nice )
