Port fee question.

Are you charged for a port if you never get off the ship? I know we are not charged and are refunded for a port that is missed.

If you are on the ship, and the ship docks, the port fee is assessed. Doesn't matter if you get off the ship or not.

Port fees have to do with the costs involved with the ship actually tying up in port. If the ship doesn't port, there is no port fee assessed.
