Port Excursions in St Thomas/St John

I'm trying to help a friend sailing in August (st thomas/st john) that wants some info on port excursions. I've never been so all I can give her is info I google. Have any of you been on the following: Abi Beach full day escape or Jost van dyke beach day? I'd love some first-hand knowledge! They'll have a 2 year old and a 10 year old with them so which is better for kids also? Thanks!!!

I do not have first hand knowledge, but wanted to suggest searching YouTube for excursion reviews for those specific Port Adventures. That's what we have been doing, and although we may not get EXACTLY the DCL excursion version, we can get a general idea or what it's about...

Hopefully someone else here has experience with these 2! I know some port adventures have age restrictions, so they will need to be aware of that on DCL's website.
