Port departure times for western ports?

I was just looking at cruisecal to see what time the Magic leaves Cozumel & Key West. Some days the departure time is listed at 5:30 and other days it's listed as 10 pm. Anyone out there know why this is? Is it true that the Magic stays in port until 10 pm somedays - also, don't they stop tendering before that?

Also, for Key West, some old navigators have an early departure and other say 9.

Also, does anyone know when the Magic will be able to dock in Cozumel again?

I was on the 29th July Western.

Key West : 7:30pm
Grand Caymen :4pm (last tender)
Cozumel :6pm last tender
Castaway cay :5pm
