Do Disney always run shuttles post cruise back to Disney world? I tried to book but the dcl website will only let me book transfer to airport, I have a reservation at beach club following a cruise in August.
If they don't always run transfers - are there any suggestions for transfers and what time is the earliest i could disembark the boat (non US citizen so immigration could take longer!)

If you've already made your reservation, you can't add the DCL transfers online. You need to call DCL directly to add them.

The ship, typically, is cleared for debarkation around 7:30 am. You can get off anytime after that.

They can be booked;-

• On the ship
• Over the phone.
• By form in your cruise booklet sent circa 45 days pre cruise.
• By your Travel Agent if used.

Earliest time I have been off skipping breakfast is 7.30am

I have been at the Beach Club by 8.50 and in Epcot by side gate at 9.15am .

Being a Non USA person myself that doesn't matter you would have completed an ESTA and you will be off as quick as any, in fact we do not have a separate lane so if we were slow, we slow everyone else down.
