Port Canaveral to Wilderness Lodge

We'll be on the DIsney Wonder July 7th - 10th and then at the Wilderness Lodge from the 10th - the 17th. We've booked our transfers with Disney through our travel agent. How long will it take to get from the port to the Lodge? Our itinerary states we'll be ashore at 7:35 a.m. on the 10th, when can we leave the ship? When are the earliest buses to DW? Is there any hope we'll be at the Lodge, pre-checked in and at the Magic Kingdom when it opens that day?

We cruised on the Wonder last summer then went to US/IOA for a few days. We had early dinner so, early breakfast on last day. We had a rental car in the port lot, so we were one of the 1st off and over to our car, we pulled into RP around 9:15 am.

So If you get one of the 1st buses out of the port you could possibly be to WL 9:30-10:00 that morning.

We cruising the Wonder again this fall and heading over to MK for the day, we plan on being one of the 1st off again and heading right out, we'll probably go directly to MK, then check into our hotel later in the evening after MK closes.

We found that renting a car is actually cheaper and more convenient than disney transportation. My rental for 11/2-11/7 National EA is $93 add the 30 to park at the port for the 3 day cruise...$123.
