Port Canaveral terminal construction

We drove by the Disney Cruise Terminal today and they have started the construction project. Depending on when Disney starts cruising again they may not have to use the other terminal.
Not sure what we should hope for cruises to start before it opens or for it to be complicated by the time cruises start
