Port Canaveral questions

I'm wanting updated/specific answers to the following quesitons:

Are there bathrooms available for garage "wait in your car" testing? Yes, an hour can be a problem for some of us. If not allowed to leave car for a bathroom, any advice?!

Has anyone recently kept their luggage with them until given the clear to sail and then dropped it with the stevedores? I am not going to wait hours for DCL to find my luggage if I'm unlucky enough to have to turn around and drive home on embarkation day.

If I am turned away and want to reschedule, am I bound by the same rules as if I cancelled before arriving at the port or is there more flexibility when turned away at the port?

I'm trying to wrap my head around the possibilities because we'd rather take a chance with hope than cancel. TIA

I only have pictures of parking lot. I’ll guess the parking garage is just as nice? Can anyone say? I’d like to know.
So here they are, just a few parking spaces from the tents you are waiting there.

Yes there is a restroom inside the parking garage, take the elevator and it's right there. You can use it while waiting for results, just go straight there and back.

As was mentioned there is a RR in the garage.

Don't know how you could drop luggage after testing since that is your first stop before you even go to park. You also do your initial check in and 1st paperwork scan at that time. All parking is on level 2 or higher and walkway to the terminal is on level 3.

We are planning to keep our luggage with us in the car, only reason we are parking at the port, so hopefully can walk it to porters after negative test.
