Port Canaveral hotels

I'm not sure which hotel to stay at close to Port Canaveral. A free breakfast, a pool and a free transfer to the port would be great. Any suggestions?

Which transfer service do you use and would recommend?

Most charge a small fee to get you to/from the port. We use the free shuttle with Budget or Avis (we rent a car at MCO and drop it off at the port).

Homewood suites is the newest and closest to the port, Country Inn and Suites is right across the street.

There are several threads with discussions on the hotel, and tripadvisor.com has a lot of info on them as well.

We have stayed at the Country Inn and Suites a few times, as well as the Hampton Inn last summer. Both of them have a pool and free breakfast, as well as shuttle service to the port ($5.00-6.00 per person, not free). We are staying at the Hampton Inn again this summer because we liked its close access to walk on the beach.
