port adventures western caribbean cruises on the fantasy

Me and my family will be cruising in September 2016 on the fantasy with stops in Cozumel Grand Cayman and Falmouth. It will be my self my dw and our two dd 3 and 5. I am looking at some port adventures that would be good for my family and I was hoping for some reviews and thoughts our first stop we are thinking of doing
the Cozumel Beach Break at Playa Mia Grand Beach and Water Park!

next is Rum Point Beach Adventure in Cayman

and last is Dolphin Cove and Dunn's River Falls

All these where found on the Disney cruise site. So I really just want to know if these will be good and fun for kids my age?
