Pork Tenderloin - Recipes

I make a marinade with crushed garlic, wine (or balsamic vinegar if I don't have an open bottle), brown sugar, soy sauce, olive oil and ground ginger. Marinate for a few hours and throw it on the grill. I'm making one tonight.
 
Dumb question. I've never bought pork tenderloin or eaten any.

I LOVE boneless pork roast however.

Would I like pork tenderloin? I know, silly question.

I'm sure you would. Pork tenderloin is the more tender part of the pork roast (the tenderloin part)....think filet mignon ...the more tender part of a beef tenderloin.
