I make a marinade with crushed garlic, wine (or balsamic vinegar if I don't have an open bottle), brown sugar, soy sauce, olive oil and ground ginger. Marinate for a few hours and throw it on the grill. I'm making one tonight.
I'm sure you would. Pork tenderloin is the more tender part of the pork roast (the tenderloin part)....think filet mignon ...the more tender part of a beef tenderloin.
