Does any spot at WDW offer a good one?

A lot of menus are limited right now so it might be difficult to find. Two of the BBQ places are Regal Eagle in EP and Polite Pig in DS. Whispering Canyon Cafe at WL also has some pork options in the skillets. Gaston's Tavern had it in the past.

You can open the app and search for "Shank" I did it and found a few Lamb Shank options but none for Pork Shank.

I noticed a Pork Osso Bucco on (of all places) Hollywood & Vine's new menu.

Not a recommendation but as I was scrolling by I thought the title was pork skank. Had to stop and look again.
