POR What buildings have been redone?

Does anyone know the progress of the rennovations at POR? I was thinking of adding an additional trip in September or October.
I remember seeing a couple of the mansion buildings have been redone. Does anyone know which ones or how far they have gotten?

we were there last month and stayed in the newly renovated magnolia terr. the rooms were very nice with all the new stuff, like carpets, wallpaper and added extras like the coffee maker and iron and ironing board. partere place next to us was closed down just that week to begin its re-hab and arcadia house was already completed before we arrived.

We were in Oak Manor in June and it was completely redone also.

What about Alligator Bayou. Have any of those buildings been done? Thanks.

Thanks to everyone who answered. I wish I was going to be staying there in October! Change of plans and won't be able to go after all.
