POR vs POFQ food courts..

I really enjoyed my recent stay at POR and a large part of that was the top notch food court. I am thinking about a trip to POFQ and am wondering how the food court there compares.

I guess if I really miss the POR food court, it is just a short walk away!

Honestly I found the POR food court much better than POFQ, but since we mostly just ate breakfast there, the one at POFQ was adequate. POR's is about twice the size and has the omelette bar and pasta bar.

Yes...I was thinking specifically of the omelette bar and pasta bar when I posted the Q.

A couple of years ago I would have said that POR is much better, but they got rid of the BBQ counter. So, now they are about the same.

We've always found the food court at POFQ to be more than adequate for our needs: we usually get a bagel and cream cheese or muffin for breakfast, a couple of times we've gotten various breakfast platters, and we always have lunch and dinner there a few times per trip. I understand that POR's food court is larger, but it has to be, there are so many more rooms there and people than at POFQ. The "make your own pasta or salad" thing at POR doesn't interest me, but the fried chicken, pot roast, or ribs (all with yummy sides) during dinner hours at POFQ does. It's so nice to bring your tray to an outside table and people watch while listening to the great jazz loop that plays all the time, especially while enjoying a muffeletta and beignets.
