POR Royal Room Question

Hi all. So since the discounts for our timeframe are less than stellar, I was thinking of giving up my Beach Club dreams for a POR royal room since it is my DD's dream... My question is, we are also traveling with my inlaws. I know that the theming might be a bit over the top for them and was thinking I would just book them a King room. I was wondering if all the royal rooms are in one area, king rooms in another, etc. if booking two Royal rooms makes it more likely that we would be close to each other, or booking a king and a royal pretty much guarantees we are on opposite ends of the resort I would just book us both in the Royal room and they can deal with it for 3 days before we move to Poly.

Thanks!

I agree, just book them into a Royal Room as well. The theming is not as over-the-top as you would expect and the buildings that house the Royal Rooms are very centrally located. Actually since the Royal Rooms are relatively new, they are in great condition and still have that slightly new car kind of feeling.

Thanks so much! I booked yacht club, but can't really stomach the price since it was still a second choice so I'm going to price out the Royal rooms now!

RRs aren't over the top in decor at all. Dark, regal colors (blues, purples). Some images of princesses and silhouettes of princes. Touches that some might not even notice like Aladdin's lamp images.
