POR Room Request Help

We have decided to stay at POR for our Thanksgiving trip. I think we really want the Alligator Bayou section. Now, our specific wants are:
nonsmoking
near bus stop
near pool (quiet or main)

So, what building would best meet these requests?

We stayed in building 15 and it was close to the quiet pool, bus, and food. I think 14 which is slightly closer, gets a high demand, but we loved our room. We also had a non smoking room
