POR/Riverside-Towels @ Pool?

Are there towels available for guests at the main pool area?
Is there also a changing area?

Plan to go to the pool upon check-in. Sure the room will not be ready. Will like to go for a quick swim before heading to a park. Wondering if we can shower/change by the POR/Riverside main pool.
