POR Rack Rates

We're planning a Feb/March 2011 vacation, and I know the prices will come out in August, but what prices are people getting now for room only bookings at the moderate resorts? Preferably POR.

I know chances are the prices will be cheaper, but it's handy to budget at the higher price.

If you book now before the official rates are released (usually in August) they will book you at this year's highest rate. The current highest rack rate for a standard view room at POR is during the Christmas Holiday period and it is listed as $234.00 per night.

During the value season it's $149 a night.

Thanks, so if I budget for $234 I should end up with extra spending money?

Is that including tax?
