Ive stayed there before but cant remember. Do all the buildings have ramps up to them for wheelchairs? My father uses an ECV, but doesnt like the wheelchair showers so he doesnt want a handicap room, but does needs a ramp to get the ECV into the room.

They prefer the Alligator Bayou section.

They handle all the special needs requests (except for DVC members or people staying on DVC points). It sounds like he needs to request 1st floor for medical reasons (state it that way and look for that on your reservation confirmation).
