POR or POP for one night?

We are staying a week at he POLY in Sept. It wound up being cheaper to fly in a day early. Our plane arrives at 8:45pm, didn't want to pay for a full night at the poly. I booked POP, but was contemplating POR due to the difference in bed size/space. We are a family of 5, 2 adults, 7yo, 8yo and will need a pack and play for our 2yo. We will basically be getting there going to bed, getting up and heading to HS early. Do you think it's worth the switch? Will we really be crammed in at POP?
It will be about a $50.00 difference, have a 30% pin code.

POFQ is such a small resort it will be quick n easy for you to check in and leave in the morning. All rooms are close to busses etc. Was just there in March and if you want a quick dip in hot tub at night that has easy access too. I stayed at POR 4/11 and the walk to pool area is a hike! Otherwise I enjoyed both, just feel FQ easier to get around due to size.

POP is my favorite value but having rooms with queens now that my kids teens means we stay mod/deludes now.

in 11/12 we are arriving late and I am thinking of staying at hyatt in airport and taking ME first thing in the morning. My kids will get off ME and head to park while we check in. If room ready I will put suitcase in and if not head to parks too. We are staying at Bay Lake 1bdrb villa and can walk into MK. BUT I am also considering staying one night onsite too. It is a pain moving suitcases. If hotel does it , it may take until 5pm until you get your luggage(happened to me before). On my next trip I am taking a taxi at 730am from CBR to GF for a one might CL treat. (me and dd17 only) I will want my suitcases at 1130am or so and don't want to risk not having bags. I think less than $15 for a one way transfer, so for me worth it.

Would it be cheaper to stay at the airport hotel then catch ME in the morning to the Poly?

Since we are going a day early, I'd like to take advantage of that and be able to get up early and head to a park first thing.
The luggage hopefully won't be a big issue, since we will be getting back to the poly after a day at HS, so hopefully it would be there by then. We just have dinner at the poly that night, so we will be there should it come a bit later.

I think so too. After getting off a cramped plane, at least we will have a decent night of sleep.
