POR or POFQ for ECV/Autism

We just decided that we are going to go a day early for our trip to BCV. We want to stay at either POR or POFQ for our arrival day for room-only rate--then over to BCV next day. Deluxe resorts out of question because of budget.

We are a family of 6, including DS(5) high-functioning autistic and DGF(on ECV), so will need two room. We will have a rental car, so would like room as close to parking lot, which is not what people request. View doesn't matter because we will only be there less than a day--more for convenience to DTD for BBB apptment on arrival day and HDDR for dinner show that night. We would spend a little time there exploring, but not much. Thought the boat ride to DTD would be nice for DS and would want to be somewhat close to the boat boarding area.

Which would you suggest and why? If POR, which area would be the most convenient for parking lot, etc.?

Here's a link to the map for both resorts. POFQ is the purple part on the bottom of the map and POR is on the top of the map.
The parking lots are the lighter, irregular shaped areas around the buildings on each part of the map.
All POFQ buildings have elevators, but only the Mansions at POR have elevators. So, at POR, you will need to specify that you need to be in a building with the elevator or on first floor for medical reasons.
Besides that, I'd probably just ask for close to parking lot.

POFQ is a smaller resort. It is more brightly colored, with a Mardi Gras theme. The food court has bright colors and a big Mardi Gras head. POR is more neutral colors, with a more natural theme.

Building 3 in POFQ is real close to parking and has handicapped rooms. Very nice.
