POR on NYE w/Kids

Any help is greatly appreciated...

First Timer heading to POR on NYE with DD 5 and DS 2. DW is 5 months pregneant as well!

What room should I request so that walking from the room to the food and transportation will be at a minimum? The view is not important to us, as we will be spending only the one night before moving to the CR.

You can request but thats all it is is a request there are no guarentees. I even went through guests with disabilities and was put way out in Blg 27 even after speaking to a manager et all. The ONLY people they will block a room for is someone in a wheelchair. I am paying the price for a two day stay there with major hip pain because I was put way out AND on the second floor.

In AB the best buildings to ask for are Bld 14 or 15. In the mansions area there is a building right across the bridge that starts with a P. I cant remember the name of it. Be aware though that in Alligator Bayou the cars are parked WAY away from where the rooms are. The parking lots are much closer in the mansions area if you are using a car.

I wouls suggest building 14 if you are non smokers. It is close to everything.
