POR Oak Manor = smoking, Is it true?

I requested POR Oak Manor for it's close proximity to a quiet pool and the main buildings. I recently read on another thread that it is a smoking building. Is it true?

If so what is another section of the mansions that is NONSMOKING, but close to the bridge to the main building and a pool?

We stayed in Oak Manor at POR several years ago and it was the smoking building then. There is a mansion right next to Oak Manor that is just as close to the bridge. I don't remember which one it is, but just look on a map of POR and you should be able to tell.

Only a portion of the building is smoking, I stayed on the first floor in one of the wings and it was non smoking.
I really liked the location it was not too far from the main building and there was a quiet pool between Oak Terrace and Parterre Place. It was a bit of a walk to the main pool, but I did not not use the main pool.
