POR Mansion building suggetstion?

Help we are going to stay in POR and we know we want to be in the plantation or Mansion section. We generally like to be a little close to the bus stop or food. This resort looks pretty spread out does anyone have a suggestion of where to stay or of a link to find out more info

I like Magnolia Terr on new maps it is building 85. there is a pool beside it and a bus stop behind it. You walk through the main pool to the food court. Not a long walk at all.

I'd read on the boards for some time that Magnolia Terrace is the recommended bldg. in the Mansions side. When I checked in 2 weeks ago and saw we were in Parterre Place, I was disappointed it wasn't Magnolia Terrace, but really, it's right next to it and it was lovely. Once there, I didn't see any difference in quality between the bldgs. and I know the rooms are identical. I suppose Magnolia Terrace is a few yards closer to the bridge that leads to the main pool and food courts. We loved POR!!!

We were in Oak Manor 2 weeks ago and were extremely pleased with our location. We were in room 9265 with a courtyard view on the river end of the building. The pool and laundry was next to the building on the opposite side of our room. There was one bus stop across the parking lot, but we always walked across the bridge and around the front of the main building to the bus stop there. We could not have been happier with our location. One evening, we sat in our room and watched a wedding in the courtyard. We could hear the harpist playing.

Just got back from Parterre Place myself. I would reccomend Magnolia Terrace, especially if you don't have a car and will be relying soley on Disney transportation. Rooms are identical though. I walked from the Lobby to our room (which was about as far from the lobby as one could be in Parterre), and it took less than 15 minutes. Oh, and call to reserve a carriage ride! It's a great way to tour the resort.
