POR "Jester" cruise for kids

Help! I know I saw tons of information on this new cruise in the last few weeks. We were planning on staying at CBR and I had the kids booked on their pirate cruise, but now our plans have changed and we'll probably be staying at POR. DOes anyone know about this new cruise? What days is it offered and do you make reservations through CRO or the POR marina?
