POR - do Oak Manor rooms smell like smoke?

I need to make my room requests for our upcoming stay at POR and need some help. I like the location of Oak Manor, but am a little concerned about it beoing a smoking building. Does it have any non-smoking rooms. Do the smoking rooms smell of smoke? Are you able to smell smoke in your room if your neighbors are smoking? Thanks for any info you can share!

stayed there last year couldn't smell any smoke in our room,if your looking for the best building for the shortest walk to the food court the magnolia building is a shorter walk the map of por is a bit deceiving

We had a non-smoking room in Oak Manor next to the quiet pool and found it to be wonderful in January, even if the room used to be smoking it smelled more like fresh wallpaper than anything else (got there a month or two after renovations)

Only a part of Oak Manor is smoking, so if you request that location just be certain to request non-smoking. I stayed there and I loved the location, it was not far from the bridge that led to the main building and there was a quiet pool between Oak Manor and Parterre Place.
I was on the first floor, in a wing that faced the courtyard that was between Oak Manor and Magnolia Terrace, all the rooms in the section (at least on the first floor) were marked non smoking.

Our room in Oak Manor was fine in May. We were on the top floor facing the courtyard on the river side. We did not smell smoke and my sister would have noticed because she is very sensitive to it.
