POR bus stops

Does anyone know if all the bus stops are open now at POR? If so, in what order do the buses pick people up? Do they always start at the south depot then move to the west depost, north depot, then the east depost last? We will be there in a few days.

All four stops at Riverside are currently open. Stop order depends on demand. Morning buses might typically start at the West, whereas afternoon and evening buses typically start at the South.
