You can find room tour videos on YouTube for most room types to get a feel for the room setup and if it would work for your party. I do this even if I have stayed at a resort, but it has been more than a couple of years to see if anything has changed.
As others have stated there aren't doors in the sink area of the room, only the door that separates the tub/shower combo and toilet from the sink. I also found the tub/shower part of the bathroom to be tight, and I'm petite. I'm surprised Disney hasn't expanded the bathrooms yet.
