POR at Halloween?

We're planning to go to Disney the third week of October for the MNSSHP. I'm trying to decide where to stay that would have a Halloween flavor to it. It seems to me POR would be decorated for Halloween. Has anyone ben there in October and was it decked out ala Halloween?

we sayed here oct 27 - nov 5 2002 ...the resort was not decked out in halloween attire until halloween day when they brought in things for the pumpkin contest.

also during our stay we visited many other resorts as there were no halloween decorations..

dont get me wrong though they celebrate it , but its not like christmas.
